To register for this meeting you must sign in. If you do not have a user name and password from attending a prior event please create an account.

2. Select the "Register Myself" button to register for the Summit and begin the registration process.
3. Answer registration questions and be sure to "Save Responses".
4. Sign up for optional meals or events.
5. Check out.

- Based on the previous year's registration patterns, we expect that the 2019 SLS will fill quickly.
- It is strongly recommended that you register prior to May 10 to assure your attendance
- Please remember that registration is 'first-come, first-registered'.
- Once registration reaches capacity and/or is closed, we will compile a waiting list.
Registration deadline is July, 1st 2019. Fees include all educational programs and meals as listed in the agenda unless listed differently. A separate form is required for each registrant. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply to all requests made in writing by July 1, 2019. No refunds will be given after the deadline.
