Click Here to Renew Your Certification by December 31, 2019!

Recertification is available online only; renewal invoices and forms will no longer be mailed.

  • If you are not logged in, do so.
  • Review information; update it if necessary and click save.
  • Click "Recertification" (bottom green button).
  • Click "View Progress" to the side of Recertification for CERTIFICANTS or FELLOWS.
  • Click "Create New Enrollment" (which establishes your enrollment for 2020).
  • Answer recertification question by clicking next to "Registered Architect."
  • On the pop-out, click the green "Record Completion" button.
  • Insert date of completion.
  • Click on "Earned Learning Units."
  • On the pop-out, click the green "Record Completion" button.
  • Upload AIA transcripts
  • Finally, submit payment by clicking on Recertification Fee.

Here are some tips to help you navigate the ACHA Online Services Portal:

  • Edit your Contact Information – Click on your name/account at the top right of the screen
  • Update your profile on the Certificate Holder’s Directory (add new photos/descriptions of projects, edit your bio, let others know about you!) – Click on Certificate Holder's Services/Edit Certificate Holders' Directory Information, or click here
  • Pay your ACHA annual certificate holder’s dues online or renew your Candidate fee
  • Register for an Event – under Events from the top menu bar
  • Join as a Candidate – Click Join Now from the top menu bar

The online directory is one of the most important tools certificate holders can use for networking and sharing information among colleagues and potential clients. Be sure to keep your profile complete and up-to-date.
