Recertification is due annually by December 31.
(30 day grace period for those who need to pay after the first of the year).

 
In order to maintain ACHA certification, the following requirements must be met by December 31 each year:

  1. Continuing education requirements as defined by ACHA
  2. Evidence of continued practice in healthcare facility architecture.
  3. Registration as an architect in good standing within the profession.
  4. Payment of recertification dues.

  • If you are not logged in, do so.
  • Review information; update it if necessary and click save.
  • Click "Recertification" (bottom green button).
  • Click "View Progress" to the side of Recertification for CERTIFICANTS or FELLOWS.
  • Click "Create New Enrollment" (which establishes your enrollment for 2020).
  • Answer recertification question by clicking next to "Registered Architect."
  • On the pop-out, click the green "Record Completion" button.
  • Insert date of completion.
  • Click on "Earned Learning Units."
  • On the pop-out, click the green "Record Completion" button.
  • Upload AIA transcripts
  • Finally, submit payment by clicking on Recertification Fee.​
